You retain rights in the content you submit, subject to rights held by third parties. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of generated output complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

LumiereStudio retains ownership of the service, software, branding, and related intellectual property.

5. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Paid features may include subscriptions and usage-based credits. Pricing and included usage are shown at checkout or in your plan details.

• Credits may be consumed when generation tasks are submitted.
• Subscription renewals, cancellations, and billing follow the active billing flow.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

LumiereStudio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LumiereStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
